Tata Motors Launches Adventure X Variants of Harrier and Safari SUVs Starting at ₹18.99 Lakh
Tata Motors has unveiled new Adventure X and Adventure X+ variants of its flagship SUVs, the Harrier and Safari, priced at ₹18.99 lakh and ₹19.99 lakh respectively (ex-showroom). These updated variants are designed to appeal to adventure-oriented customers with enhanced aesthetics, features, and off-road capabilities.
The Harrier Adventure X comes with 17-inch Titan forged alloy wheels and new exterior colour options, while the Safari Adventure X+ boasts larger 18-inch Apex forged alloy wheels and distinct paint finishes that enhance its premium road presence. Interiors of both models have been refreshed—Harrier sports Onyx Trail black leatherette with tan accents, while the Safari features Adventure Oak tan-oak leatherette upholstery.
Both variants are equipped with a suite of advanced technology, including dual 10.25-inch displays, a panoramic sunroof, and segment-first Level-2 ADAS features such as adaptive cruise control, a 360° camera, and drive/trail response modes. The inclusion of multiple drive and terrain modes—City, Sport, Eco, Normal, Rough, and Wet—enhances versatility across road conditions.
Under the hood, the SUVs continue with the proven 2.0-litre KRYOTEC turbo-diesel engine that delivers 168 BHP and 350 Nm torque, available with a 6-speed manual or automatic transmission.
In a move to simplify choices for consumers, Tata Motors has streamlined its SUV lineup, reducing Harrier variants to six and Safari to five. The new Adventure X lineup effectively replaces earlier Adventure trims, offering a consolidated, adventure-ready identity.
Bookings for both models are now open online and through dealerships across India, with deliveries commencing immediately. Tata Motors has also announced that the introductory pricing will remain valid until October 31, 2025.
